Our Commitment:
Step 1 - Raising a Request:
We kindly request you to raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you have received incorrect or expired products. For damaged or missing products, please notify us on the same day you receive your delivery by following this link: Contact Us.

Upon raising your request, please allow us 2 working days to carefully review your return request.
Step 3 - Pickup and Verification:
Once we have reviewed your request, we will promptly arrange for our courier partner to collect the products from your location.
Step 4 - Self-Shipping (If Applicable):
In the rare event that our reverse pickup service is not available in your location, you may be required to self-ship the product through a reliable courier partner. Rest assured, we will reimburse the courier charges, crediting them to your PayTM Wallet or Gpay.
Step 5 - Verification and Resolution:
After receiving your product(s), we will meticulously inspect it against your claim and initiate the replacement or refund as needed. It's important to note that product replacement is contingent on stock availability.
Conditions for Return/Replacement:
(a) Accepted:
Wrong product delivered
Expired product delivered
Damaged product delivered (Physical damage or tampered product/packaging)
Incomplete order (missing products)
(b) Not Accepted:
Opened/used/altered products
Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
Return/replacement requests made more than 7 days after delivery
Reporting damaged/missing products beyond the same day of delivery
Order Cancellation:
You have the option to cancel your order by accessing the "CANCEL" button within the order details page in the "My Account" section. Please provide a reason for cancellation, and we will take care of the rest. Please note that orders can only be canceled if the status is "Ready to Ship."
Refund Process:
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the bank account/credit/debit card or the original payment method used within 7 business working days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we kindly ask customers to provide bank details to receive their refund.

Returns:

Partial Order Returns:
